Keep the kids busy with this easy and fun craft poppy making activity.

What you will need

-       2x Red Cupcake Liners

-       Scissors

-       Sticky Tape

-       Black Pen or pencil

-       Wooden Chopstick or Paddle Pop Stick (painted green)

 Step 1

Cut 2 red cupcake lines in to rough flower shapes just like a poppy. Make sure one poppy is larger than the other.

 Step 2

Using a black marker or pencil draw the black lines in the middle of the smaller poppy. 

 Step 3

Put some sticky tape in the middle the larger poppy and stick the smaller poppy on top.

 Step 4

Now put some more sticky tape on the top of the green chopstick or paddle pop stick and put the poppy on top. Now your poppy is finished! 

 Tips: If you don’t have wooden chopsticks or paddle Pop sticks you can just make the poppies by themselves. If you don’t have red cupcake liners… get creative and colour some white ones in with red pencil or markers.
